Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d)
We are looking for a resourceful and result-driven software engineer to join a team of passionate engineers dedicated to transform the orthodontic world with the Invisalign product. The work includes developing 2D and 3D software tools, discussing requirements with internal customers, conceiving and implementing 3D and image processing algorithms.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative environment; have an interest in product engineering and takes pride in delivering high quality software in a fast-paced environment.
The main tasks may include
- Implement the new functionality as a part of medical device production process.
- Analyse and improve existing algorithms, support lifecycle of CAD/CAM company software products.
- Implement logging, monitoring and interaction with different APIs for ML services.
- Create documentation, such as functional specifications or design documents.
- Collaborate with SQA team to ensure high quality of the software delivered.
The personal requirements
- Good knowledge of C++ and/or Python (2+ years as developer)
- Knowledge of computational mathematics, linear algebra and analytic geometry
- Experience in 3D development will be a plus
- Experience in image processing/machine learning areas will be a plus
- Experience in RESTful services will be plus
- Good command of written and verbal English
- German language will be a plus
